Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients... 4 large eggs, hard boiled 2 tablespoons mayonaise 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 5 drops hot sauce 1 teaspoon mustard 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Put eggs in sauce pan, cover eggs with water, and put on burner on high heat. Bring water to a boil, and boil eggs 10 (ten) minutes. then put into ice water. Meanwhile round up the other ingredients Eggs can be boiled the day before, then refrigerate overnight, to save time in the mornings.
Remove the shells from the eggs. Dice the hard boiled eggs into 1/4, to 1/2 inch cubes.
Mix eggs gently in a small bowl, with all other ingredients.
Spoon onto flat bread with letus and cheese slice, and roll up, or top off a green salad with a dollup of egg salad as shown above.
