Marie’s Tomato & Basil Garden Quiche Quiche is an easy dish to prepare and is extra delishious with garden fresh vegitables and herbs, and is a fantastic way to use left-overs, and of course the fresh eggs from our hens. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 6 Fresh Eggs beaten 1 tablespoon flour 1 prepared pie shell
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Lay pie crust over a large pie baking dish and allow it to sag into the dish and center it. Crimp the pie crust edges as desired.
Pour pie mixture into the prepared crust in the pie plate.
Your quiche is cooked if a knife or toothpick inserted near the center of the pie comes out clean.
Serve hot, or room temperature.
