Quiche is an entre or a side dish, and an excellent way to use leftovers from the fridge. It's good meatless dish, but will be yummy with crumbled bacon, or diced ham.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees 6 Fresh Eggs beaten 1 tablespoon flour 1 prepared pie shell
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Lay pie crust over a large pie baking dish and allow it to sag into the dish and center it. Crimp the pie crust edges as desired.
Pour pie mixture into the prepared crust in the pie plate.
